Road Safety Week is the UK’s biggest road safety event and is aimed at raising awareness about the part we can play in preventing tragedies and making roads safer!
As you may well know, Keltic are huge supporters of road safety training. We think that it is vital that children have this education in order that they learn how to safely navigate roads. Unfortunately every year many children are involved in collisions. Many of these could be prevented if the child was more aware of their actions and potential consequences. Teaching children about these things during the course of road safety training can drastically reduce the chance of a child being involved in such collisions.
Road Safety Week Competition
Anything that we can do to support Road Safety Week, we are more than happy to do. This year we thought that it would be appropriate to run a competition, the winner of which will receive one of our Street Feet kits. These kits facilitate the kind of training that we are talking about. They model real life roads, with role-play tabards that help children understand crossings, lights and signs. They also includes destination mats which allow children to practice route planning and road navigation.
How To Enter
For further details on the competition and how to enter then just give us a call on 08450 666699. And if you have any enquiries about the kit or about anything else for that matter, you can make them here.
Out in every weather, on their feet constantly, a school crossing patrol’s job can be tiresome. At Keltic we really respect the SCP’s that we supply. That’s why when we heard recently about Cathy Cross of Wiltshire Council’s 37 year service, we had to do something to thank her!
Last month we had the pleasure of working with Visit York, York’s official visitor information service. We were delighted to provide the team with their new corporate image: the Annika Corporate Blouse.
With an idea in mind we provided the Annika blouse from our corporate blouse collection as it suited everyone and still gave them the corporate image they were looking for.
Samyra said “Cool as in trendy and a bit different”
Kate said “I can move easily in it”
Suzy said “refreshing change and very on trend”
Thank you to Visit York for their great comments; we look forward to working with them more in the future!!
Look no further than our friendly corporate team to help kit your staff out with smart and eye-catching exhibition uniforms.
Not only do you need to look the part in the office but its essential to do the same if your the walking advertisement at a show. Uniforms are key to getting this right so browse our one stop shop of clothing or give us a call for us to guide you through the choices.
Take for example one of our many customers Medical Wire, a UK manufacturer who specialise in specimen collection & transport of patient’s samples. They recently exhibited at the MEDICA Exhibition all to do with the medical profession and supplies. They look great sporting our brand new patterned scarves.
If your looking for uniforms for your next event or need some advice on staff clothing then call us on 08450 66 66 99 for further information.
This year we had the pleasure of working with a Flimby Male Voice Choir. They are a twenty-five-strong male voice choir based in West Cumbria. Recently they got in contact with us to discuss a possible choir uniform for their members. They wanted something smart and sophisticate to wear for their many concerts and competitions. We were delighted to work alongside them and provide them with a unique and impressive uniform.
Who are Flimby Male Voice Choir?
Flimby originally formed in the late 19th century with over 60 members. Over the years they have had numerous successes in regional musical competitions, and are one of the most highly esteemed choirs in the UK.
Flimby’s Choir Uniform
Flimby came to us with a choir uniform in mind, and we gave them a number of different options that would fit their vision. We then worked together to select a final uniform that worked to their needs and suited everyone. They now wear a uniform that reflects the impressiveness of their choir. Take a look below.
We would like to thank them for the lovely photo sent into us to share with our blog followers and we very much look forward to working with them again in the years to come.
While we are being spoilt with this glorious weather, why not spoil yourself with a brand new corporate wear look too! We’ve recently added some new workwear dresses to our range. What better then to introduce the corporate shift dress into your uniforms!
We love it when our customers get in touch to let us know how our products are fairing. One of the many choirs that supply recently got in touch to do just that. The Brythoniaid Male Voice Choir is the largest of two Male Voice Choirs in Blaenau Ffestiniog. Having recently supplied a quantity of custom uniforms to them through our Corporate Wear Department, we were delighted to hear about their tour to the Bahamas and receive some great photos.
We were delighted to receive these great photos from one of our valued corporate wear customers Village Voices based in Buckinghamshire.
This 70 member women’s community choir travel the length and breadth of the country and perform a range of music styles from all era’s.
We were very happy to hear from them again this year and supply their corporate uniforms of striking red blouses for a matching corporate image throughout the choir.
We wish them all the best for their next tour!
