On a recent trip to St. Andrews for an exhibition to show off our latest security clothing, Keltic’s very own Ian Lines scored a hole in one!
We were at St. Andrews University demonstrating our recent security clothes innovations, and Ian and David took the time out to practice their golf skills in the evening.
So after a hard day’s work, Ian was rewarded with a couple of beers and a hole in one – not a bad day’s work all round then!
Check back next week for further Keltic antics!

Why is it that every time you need a school crossing patrol jacket, you don’t have the right size in stock?! Even though you have tons of every other size! Or you thought you had a few hats left in stock, but you were wrong, and now you need one urgently?
With Keltic’s One Stop Lollipop Shop, there’s no need to worry because we hold everything in stock for next day delivery.
There’s no minimum order, so you can pick’n’mix and order 1 or 2 jackets, a sign, a hat, whatever you need, and have it delivered next day. This means you don’t need to hold stock, saving space and money, and you don’t have to plan ahead and guess what sizes you may need in future. You can even order a full kit for a new starter and receive it in 24 hours! Just call us for further information.
Having recently supplied a full warden uniform order for Neath Port Talbot, we were delighted to receive great feedback and photos of the guys in their new gear.
Moving away from their black warden uniforms of previous years, their brand new warden uniforms are having a great impact.
“The feedback that I have had from the staff, now that they have been wearing the enforcement uniform a couple of months is really good they are all very happy with the quality of the kit. The coats and Strider boots in particular are very impressive. We have also had some positive feedback from the public in that we are more visible now we have moved away from a mainly black warden uniform”
For further information on our enforcement uniforms, or if you would like to share photos of your staff in a new uniform supplied by us, then call Vicki on 01922 616 999.
The face of the service is our patrollers, and our Superior Stop Jacket with its distinctive prismatic reflective tape can now be seen in towns and cities throughout the UK. The general public are even remarking on how smart and bright the new uniform is!
As well as being extremely smart, Reflexite prismatic tape can be seen up to 7 times further away than the standard (glass bead) tape.

Vicki Whitbrook braved the weather last Sunday to compete in her first ever road marathon and completed it in just under 4hours in the worst weather conditions possible! She completed the first half of the marathon in an hour and a half but the cold soon took its toll!
She mentions this as being a ‘tough guy marathon’ having to compete against hale, rain, flooding up to her knees in parts and ferocious winds! Even main athletes were half hour over target due to the awful conditions.
However hard it was, the run was definitely worth it, there is no way for preparing for those conditions it’s just mind over matter the whole way. The run was a huge achievement for Vicki and she raised an amazing £300 with the amount still rising!
We would all like to say congratulations for her success and we are very proud of her for battling on and completing the marathon in such a fantastic time. Well Done!!!
Throughout the two days at Parkex, on our security clothing stand we ran competitions for both the golden ticket and champagne draw. We are happy announce the winners of these with some great photos!
The Golden Ticket was won on the second day by Mr Gary McArdle, Regional Manager at Britannia Parking. He was delighted to find the golden ticket hidden in his pink cupcake and was awarded with the great prize of a Kindle.
The Champagne draw revealed Emma Powell to be our winner, Parking Manager at Colchester Council leading authority for North Essex Parking Partnership. A Magnum bottle of champagne is on its way to her!
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who came to our stand over the two days and the great feedback we have received on our new parking and security clothes!
For further information on security clothing and equipment, speak with Vicki Whitbrook on 01922 616999.
Half way through day 2 and we have been inundated with even more great feedback on our staff uniforms.
Our brand new Patrol Shirt has been quoted as being a ‘great concept’ an ‘ideal easy care uniform that’s both fresh and new for the Parking market’. We agree that it is certainly an innovative product and allows CEOs to embrace their job with more comfort and movability.
Our staff uniform, the brand new ParkVest, has received similar reviews. Being another innovative idea for CEOs to help distribute the weight of equipment, and also great fabric quality with ideal breathability for the summer.
Please continue to visit our Keltic Corporate Clothing stand D42 at Parkex 2012 during the day – we look forward to receiving even more great feedback.
