After an impressive victory in the English County Championship, the Stafford Union of Golf Clubs collected their trophy wearing a club uniform supplied by Keltic.
The Path to Victory
The Staffordshire team had a great year in 2013, even atrocious weather conditions did not stop them winning the midlands championship at Whittlebury golf club in Northamptonshire. They went on to represent the Midlands in the English Golf County Championship at Kedleston Park Golf Club. The 4 Counties that reached the final in 2012, were the same 4 Counties that reached the final in 2013 they were; Devon, Hampshire, Isle of Wight & Channel Isle’s, Yorkshire and Staffordshire. They went on to beat Yorkshire in the final and won the English County Championship for the 1st time in the County’s history.
Their Club Uniform
We were very honored to have provided the team with their club uniform. Their trousers and blazers are from our corporate range and their bespoke ties from our sister company Keltic Ties to give the team that smart sophisticated look.

It has taken 4 weeks, a lot of re arranging and some very hard working staff but we are now in our new warehouses.
Brand new fixtures have been put up in specific areas to enhance the space we have and ensure all our stock is stored in the best possible way.
Gaining this space has allowed us to stock each department’s uniforms into sections which allows us to track our stock levels and ensure we maintain sufficient stock for all our products.
With more space we are able to stock a variety of new exciting products so watch out for updates on what we have coming soon.
Keltic had a fantastic day on Tuesday launching our new Cycle Range at the ROSPA Road Safety Conference as detailed on the road safety website. It was held at the stylish Crown Plaza Hotel on our home turf of Birmingham. There was a great atmosphere there and it was very busy with cycling enthusiasts. We wanted to take the opportunity to launch our new cycle clothing here as we thought it was the ideal situation to get feedback on our products.
The New Cycle Clothing
A lot of people were very interested in our winter cycle jacket. The only EN471 Class 3 conforming stock – backed jacket on the market. Other points of interest were our polaris cycle gloves and our cycle training sign. On our stand we had our business card competition and I am please to announce the winner was Elizabeth Leeding from East Sussex Council. A bottle of champagne is on its way to you.
It’s always great to meet people that are passionate about Road Safety and Cycling. If you would like me to come and visit you to discuss your needs for your cycle trainers I am always happy to do so. You can also always contact me via phone or email on 08450 66 66 99 or firstname.lastname@example.org

It’s an exciting time for us all here at Keltic. As a company we are growing rapidly. Currently we’re getting ready for some big developments in 2014, as we expand into 3 new warehouses. This will allow us to hold a huge stock of the garments that you need!
Space For Huge Stock
We always maintain a huge stock so that we can cater for all our customers’ needs with no delays. As we continue to expand with new customers it has come the time to take the next step as a business and expand our stock space.
Our warehouse team, Nick, Adam and Mitch have worked exceptionally hard to get the warehouses together. After some deep thought and discussion on the layout they have started putting the planning into action with brand new fixtures.
We are all very excited about this new step and wanted to take the time to share it with all our customers.

Our sister company Keltic ties has recently had the pleasure of working with Highclere Castle gift shop to produce its own bespoke silk scarf. They had been provided with a beautiful piece of artwork of the Castle, famous as the set location of Drama Downton Abbey, we recreated this into the pure silk scarves now on sale at their gift shop.
So there is plenty of speculation on what the British weather will have in store for us in the upcoming months. So far it seems the snow will be making another appearance and making quite an entrance at that! If this is the case then you’ll surely need to get thinking about winter workwear for your staff!
