As a leading supplier of corporate suits, Keltic have a suit to match every requirement. Because we know that choosing between suits can be tricky, we offer three distinct suit collections which we split into three simple categories: durable basic, luxury fashion and best of both. Our luxury fashion collection is entitled The Sophisticated Collection. It is a great collection for higher-end roles as well as for reception staff. One customer who orders from this collection is Slinfold Golf and Country Club. In need of new uniforms for their reception staff, the club recently made a new order with us, and as pictured below they are thrilled with their sophisticated new suits!
As a lead supplier of Road Safety Clothing, we at Keltic like to acknowledge the hard work of school crossing patrols. Specifically, we take time to recognise those SCP’s who have given a significant amount of years to their local community. Today we are looking at the Cheshire West and Chester region, and commending a lady who has completed an impressive length of service, and who has just this year decided to retire.
Phew, it’s getting a bit warm, isn’t it? A bit… too warm? In true British style, many of us pray for this kind of sun all year round, and then when it actually comes we complain that it’s too hot! Saying that, it’s no fun being cooped up in a sticky office in the height of summer. And it’s even less fun when your uniform isn’t made for the heat. Naturally, with the rise in temperatures we’ve seen a rise in enquiries about short sleeve office wear. Following this we thought that we’d run you through a few of our best-selling short sleeve shirts and blouses. They are all designed to keep you and your staff cool as the temperatures soar!
In January we decided to bring back one of our most popular competitions. Our aim was to find the longest-serving school crossing patrols in the country and acknowledge their hard work. Since January we have been inundated with entries from all over the UK. Thrilled with this, we have decided to extend our competition until the end of May so that we can give awards to even more SCP’s! In case you haven’t yet heard about our School Crossing Patrols Competition, here is a recap of what you could win, and how to enter.
As many of you know, Keltic Clothing stock for next day delivery, one of the best resources for Road Safety Education: the Street Feet Road Safety Training Kit. It is a product that we are particularly proud of as we know what a great resource it is for teaching children about road safety. We love it when we get to hear about people’s use of the kit with children in their community. That’s why we were thrilled when recently the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service recently informed us of the great work that they have been doing with one of our kits.
In these early stages of the new year there is a huge buzz surrounding colour trends. At Keltic we’ve been working our way through the industry colour reports as well as speaking to our manufacturers about the palate of 2017. In this article we’ll share with you the information that we’ve found!
In 2014 Keltic announced a competition. We wanted to find the longest serving School Crossing Patrols in the country. These SCP’s would be given awards and prizes in acknowledgement of their service. The competition turned out to be very popular. We received a huge number of entries, and the hard work of SCP’s all over the UK was recognised. Due to the popularity of the competition we have decided to do it all over again!
Happy new year to all of our customers! We hope you had a lovely Christmas! After a restful break the team at Keltic are enjoying getting back into the rhythm of working life. There’s one thing that we’re not so keen on, though – the cold! After the mild weather we had over the Christmas period, temperatures are plunging at the moment. With some really wintry weather on the horizon, you’ll want to double check that your staff workwear is resilient to the cold. In this article we’ll advise on the kinds of garments that could really make a difference to your staff uniform’s warmth and comfort. Firstly we’ll address outdoor wear (for security guards, wardens and SCPs) and then we’ll turn to indoor corporate wear.
Once again as a Keltic Tradition we have all dug out our Christmas Jumpers in the Aid of Charity, this year we are raising funds for the Save the Children Charity Appeal.
Save the Children’s Vision is a world in which every child attains the right to survival, protection, development and participation. They Aim to inspire breakthroughs in the way the world treats children, and to achieve immediate and lasting change in their lives.
This year alongside wearing a Christmas Jumper, we have all bought in some cakes and we are having a cake sale, as you can imagine there is a lot of cake, but it’s all for a good cause. We have also run a sweepstake to help increase the total fundraising amount.
Further to the fundraising instead of sending Christmas cards this year, we will be making a charity donation to St Giles Hospice, a local charity that gives specialist care and support free of charge to patients and families who are living with cancer and other illnesses.
At this point we’d like to take the time to wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. This year has been one of great developments for us and our customers. We look forward to working with you in 2017!
With only a few weeks left till Christmas, we’ve all taken part in Secret Santa ready to exchange gifts and have a few laughs along the way.
This year to mix things up a little, we’ve all been given a letter of the alphabet to buy a present starting with the letter chosen. I’m sure there will be some weird and wonderful ideas in there!
Watch this space to find out who receives what and also keep your eyes peeled for our festive jumpers on the 16th of December for Save the Children Christmas Jumper Day.
