Wearers who may need a bespoke size

We find that most users can fit into our unisex sizes which we stock for next day delivery! However anyone above 6’2″ ft or female wearers who are larger than a D cup, special sizes may be necessary from a comfort and protection point of view. Please refer to our sizing chart for guidance.

Body Armour Measurement Chart

If you have a member of staff that you think requires body armour outside our standard Small to XXXL, Extra Tall and Extra Female Shaping sizes, please fill in the form below. Below are some tips to make measuring easier. If you’d like a free tape measure to help you put your order together, just let us know.

A Chest measurement: We require the maximum reading whilst breathing in and holding the breath.
B Waist measurement: Take this measurement whilst standing and seated. When seated we need the widest measurement. This measurement is not your trouser size.
C Shoulder to waist: From the nape to the navel. Take this measurement standing.
D Front Neck to waist: This is usually the point where the bottom of a tie knot usually rests. Take this measurement both seated and standing.
