South Yorkshire School Crossing Patrols Got A New Uniform For Christmas!
How’s your school crossing patrol uniform looking? A bit shabby, or brand spanking new, like South Yorkshire Council’s. South Yorkshire Councils have just kitted out their staff in bright new jackets for the new year. It seemed a fitting time to do so as this year marks the occasion of the School Crossing Patrol’s Diamond Jubilee. The South Yorkshire patrols are now looking much brighter in Keltic’s Standard Stop Jackets!
Shirley Adams from Sheffield council said:
“A clearly visible, standardised uniform across the whole of South Yorkshire improves protection for the men and women providing this valuable service and also introduces a degree of consistency and visibility which will benefit all road users.
“With these new uniforms, drivers have no excuse for not seeing the wardens”.
“ The School Crossing patrols look very smart in their new uniform. The children really like the jackets too and have been asking the SCP’S if they got their new coats for Christmas”
